Winter wonder retreat days… – days designed to relax, enjoy and be inspired
Join our festive enthusiast, artist Nicki Bradwell, for a series of Scandi inspired Saturdays to take you through a creative Cambo Christmas.
From lino printing gift wrap, cards and tags to creating a unique festive table with handcrafted crackers, placemats, and a range of table and tree decorations – create your natural, sustainable Christmas! Willow and flower expert Katherine Taylor will be leading our Sunday sessions to create willow and dried flower wreaths and willow decorations all grown and dried here at Cambo.
Each day starts with Tea, Coffee & Pastries and time to enjoy and explore the garden before a few hours in our studio to get creative. We’ll finish with some mulled Cambo pressed apple juice and mince pies and time to relax and enjoy the surroundings…
Saturday 30 November 10am – 3pm
– decorate your tree and home – clay prints, natural hangings, hand crafted pomanders with Nicki Bradwell. Return home with a range of beautiful, bespoke decorations using natural materials inspired by a Scandi Christmas. Nicki will demonstrate techniques you can return to for decoration and future craft ideas.
10 – 10.30am tea, coffee & pastries
10.30- 11am time to explore the garden and gather materials
11 – 2pm creative workshop
2 – 2.30pm Winter warming lunch
2.30 – 3pm mulled pressed apple and finishing touches
3 – 4pm – time to relax and explore the grounds
