A wonderfully vigorous and easy, early to mid-season snowdrop with large, distinctive elongated flowers, which frequently throw out slightly deformed segments. This in no way distracts from its beauty. Along with the true G. ‘Atkinsii’, this is one of the best early snowdrops.
